Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Adinkra-Group is a registered company in Ghana. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If you have any questions, write to us at [email protected]

What we collect: When you send an enquiry or a contact message, we receive what you type in the form: your name, email address, phone number, country, your preferred way to be contacted, your message, and any extra answers the form asks for (for example the number of travellers, your travel dates, or the country you would like to move to). We only use this to answer you and to help with what you asked about.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Visa and family enquiries: If you ask us about a visa route, you may share details about your family or your situation. Please only share what is needed for your question. We use these details only to advise and help you, and we share them with others (for example an embassy, school or travel partner) only when you ask us to.

How long we keep it: We keep enquiries while we are helping you. Closed enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after they are closed.

Cookies: This website uses one small security cookie when you open a form. It protects the form against misuse and expires after a few hours. It is not used to track you.

Partner links: Some links on this website are partner links. If you book a hotel, tour, flight or other service through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our partner Travelpayouts may use cookies and similar technology to record these bookings. Travelpayouts does not run on pages with our enquiry and contact forms, so the details you type into our forms are not shared with them. You can read their privacy policy at travelpayouts.com.

Where your information is stored: Our website runs on a server operated by Oracle in the European Union (France), and visits pass through Cloudflare, which protects the site and keeps it fast. These companies only process the information to provide their service to us.

Your rights: You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us at [email protected] and we will reply as soon as we can. You also have rights under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and you can contact the Data Protection Commission of Ghana if you are not happy with how we handle your information.

Changes: If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
